Grade Level Work/Coaching Cycles GWL is an opportunity for teachers to receive hands-on support and training on implementing the components of Balanced Literacy and effective teaching practices. As the Literacy Coach, I will be meeting with grade levels three times per year and assist with planning, demonstrating, and coaching. I spend an entire week coaching side-by-side and provide support on an as-needed basis.
